Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be resalable and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. RTA Medical Supply will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error or arrived damaged or defective.

For hygienic reasons certain products are not returnable if they have been removed, in any way, from their original packaging. These products include but are not limited to:
Raised Toilet Seats
Toilet Safety Frames
Bath Seats and Transfer Benches
Commodes

All returns on defective wheel chairs will be accepted by RTA Medical Supply within 30 days for repair or replacement only, at our discretion. After 30 days the manufacturer’s warranty applies.

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. Partial returns will not be accepted. All returns are inspected for compliance to this policy before refunds are issued.
